In a world where gladiator arenas exist, wealthy business owners hire fighters for unarmed combat where winner takes all. Toki Taouma, nicknamed Ashura, devastates his opponents and catches the attention of big business owners.
One such business owner is Nogi Hideki, chairman of the Nogi Group. Kengan Ashura follows Ashura's journey as he fights in these arenas and rises to the top.
